Terms of Use
Last updated: October 16, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TITEY UP SERVICES website and the services we provide ("Services"). By using our website, requesting services, or accepting a quote, estimate, or bid, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or Services.
Our Services
TITEY UP SERVICES provides inside and outside household repair, appliance repair, maintenance, and related services. Descriptions of services on our website are for general information. Availability, scope, and pricing of any particular job are confirmed directly with you before work begins.
Requests, Quotes, Estimates & Bids
Submitting a service request does not create a binding contract. It is an invitation for us to contact you. Any quote, estimate, or bid we provide is based on the information available at the time and may be adjusted if conditions, materials, or scope change. Estimates are approximations and not guaranteed final amounts unless expressly stated.
Electronic Acceptance & Signatures
Where we offer the option, you may accept a quote, estimate, or bid electronically by typing your name and drawing your signature. By doing so, you agree that your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your handwritten signature and constitutes your authorization for us to perform the described work at the stated amount. We retain a record of that acceptance, including the date, time, and related technical information.
Scheduling & Cancellations
We will work with you to schedule service at a mutually agreeable time. Please give us reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Missed appointments or cancellations on short notice may be subject to a fee where permitted.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are as stated in your quote, estimate, bid, or invoice, plus applicable taxes. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due by the date shown. Coupons and discounts are subject to their stated conditions and may not be combined unless expressly permitted.
Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area, accurate information about the issue, and to disclose known hazards. You are responsible for securing valuables and pets and for obtaining any permissions required for us to perform the work at the property.
Warranties & Disclaimers
We perform our Services with reasonable care and skill. Except as expressly stated in a written agreement, the Services and this website are provided "as is," and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some repairs depend on the condition and age of existing equipment and materials, which we cannot guarantee.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TITEY UP SERVICES will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the Services or your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim relating to a job will not exceed the amount you paid for that job.
Accounts
If we provide you an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Accounts are created by TITEY UP SERVICES; the website does not offer public self-registration. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Intellectual Property
The TITEY UP SERVICES name, logo, website content, and materials are owned by us and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which TITEY UP SERVICES is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in that state.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the website or Services means you accept the revised Terms.
